CO Department of Revenue Takes Comments on Proposed Rules for MMJ Dispensaries

Today and tomorrow (January 28), the Colorado Department of Revenue will be holding public hearings on the proposed departmental rules that, once finalized, all Colorado dispensaries will have to follow. If you’d like to submit written comments the Colorado Department of Revenue, please do so by the end of the day. Visit the Department of Revenue website for further information.

These rules are the product of a committee that included members of the Colorado medical marijuana community, seeking to clarify the rights and responsibilities of Colorado medical marijuana dispensaries and their owners and staff. According to Colorado Medical Marijuana industry leaders and Marijuana Policy Project (MPP), the rules will provide guidance to Colorado’s medical marijuana community so they are better able to act in clear and unambiguous compliance with the state law, thus avoiding federal scrutiny. MPP and Colorado Marijuana Connections (CMC) encourages all Colorado medical marijuana patients and residents to read the rules and submit your personal comments, should you feel the need. In addition, the hearings take place in Golden, Colorado and are open to the public.

Effects from Smoking Charlie Sheen Strain Cannabis Smoking the beautifully tasting strand of "Charlie" gave me a feeling of tranquility and once I started feeling that peace , I opened up to doing a little hike in the trail. I found the flavor of the strain to be a bit lemony and grassy with no bad aftertaste but kind of rough going in. This was a top shelf brand priced at circa 15 dollar...

Where's the best place to buy Blue Dream Strain in Colorado

Blue Dream Strain Review What is the Blue Dream Strain Marijuana? Blue Dream, a sativa-dominant hybrid, might be one of the most notorious strains to come from the West Coast. Stemming from a cross between Blueberry (an indica) and Haze (a sativa), this strain gives a productive, uplifting, and creative high thanks to the sativa dominance with very light cerebral effects courtesy of the 40% indica it offers (the other 60% is sativa, which is what makes it a sativa-dominant hybrid). Blue Dream has a fairly mellow onset that doesn't hit all at once, but rather sneaks up on you and gently starts to take effect. On the inhale, Blue Dream gives a pungent sweet berry flavor that any cannabis fan will enjoy. Medical users of Blue Dream have reported that this strain helps with anxiety, stress, body pains and depression. More specifically, users of Blue Dream who have body pains enjoy this strain because of the long-lasting pain relief it brings without the feeling of being heavily se...
