How to Apply to Get a Colorado Medical Marijuana Red Card?

Medical marijuana doctors or physicians in Colorado provide an important service to Colorado residents.  In Colorado the first step to obtaining a medical marijuana registry card is obtaining a recommendation or referral to use marijuana for medicinal purposes from a medical marijuana doctor or physician.  In most areas of Colorado, especially Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, there are a number of good medical marijuana doctor located nearby.

Many people think that they can go to marijuana dispensaries to get a medical marijuana registry card, however in Colorado the laws governing medical marijuana registration and distribution do not allow Colorado marijuana dispensaries to give marijuana doctor evaluations or recommendations. A marijuana dispensary in Colorado might refer you to a good marijuana doctor, but they cannot provide you with the official recommendation needed to obtain a Colorado medical marijuana registry card.

In order to get a Colorado medical marijuana registry card, residents or Colorado can schedule a medical marijuana evaluation with a marijuana doctor or physician.  Colorado medical marijuana doctors will not give out recommendations to use marijuana for medicinal purposes to just anybody.  For a marijuana doctor to recommend marijuana use to a patient, the patient must be suffering from one of a number of medical conditions and the doctor must believe that the use of medicinal cannabis will benefit patient.

What's The Difference Between F1, F2, and F3 Weed Strain Seeds?

Just as with common flowers or other household plants (roses, pea plants, etc...), Cannabis seed strains can be grown and crossbred. This is usually done for the purpose of developing new breeds with different characteristics such as the size of the plant, yield, taste, effect, bud to leaf ratio, or other specific traits that the grower desires. As this cross breeding continues, the plants end up forming different weed strain seeds, or generations. These are often described as being either F1, F2, or F3. In order to really make some informed seed purchase decisions it is very helpful to understand the differences between these various seed strains. Photo by   Robert Nelson   on   Unsplash F1 Seeds: The First Breeding: An F1 seed variety is created by breeding together two pure strains. For example, a tall plant (represented with two dominant genes, AA) is bred with a small plant (represented by the two small recessive genes, aa). Since the resulting plants will each receive

Legalization wipes nearly half a million non-felony cannabis-related arrest records clean

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced Thursday the forgiveness and expungement of about 500,000 criminal cannabis cases. Pritzker said he issued pardons for 9,210 low-level cannabis convictions, while Illinois State Police have wiped clean more than 492,000 non-felony cannabis-related arrest records. The actions by Pritzker and state police is mandated by the Illinois law that legalized the licensed sale of marijuana starting in 2020. The intent of the law is to reduce the impact of the war on drugs on minorities, who were disproportionately arrested and locked up for cannabis crimes. “We will never be able to fully remedy the depth of that damage,” Pritzker said. “But we can govern with the courage to admit the mistakes of our past and the decency to set a better path forward.” The law requires 47,000 cannabis-related arrest records created between 2013 and 2019 be expunged by Friday. With the expungement of all 492,129 cannabis arrest records, state police officials said they

Where to buy legal weed in Jamaica (Kingston, MoBay, Negril, etc)

Buying Weed in Jamaica? Jamaica has long been known for its superior ganja, at least that is until the Green Rush that came with marijuana legalization in America allowed for and indeed incentivized the breeding of stronger and stronger strains. As I write this sitting here today on August 15th, 2020 most marijuana dispensaries in Colorado, California, and other legal marijuana states have weed with over 20% THC.  While you probably won't find the superweed Coloradans such as myself have become used to, there are plenty of places to get good weed without having to pay much. Below I've pinpointed Jamaica's top legal marijuana shops .
